About Me (Michelle)

I'm a stay-at-home Mom of a wonderful 2 1/2 year old daughter.

My education and training was in Early Childhood Education, but I also took computer and accounting courses. I worked as a nanny and in a daycare center for many years.

I also took a different path in my career and worked in customer service and accounting positions. Two years ago, I left the "corporate world" to be a Mom. (I guess it wasn't really corporate, but it sounded good).

My interests are quite varied, and with the exception of being a Mom, I never really answered the question "What do you want to be when you grow up"? Or maybe I have answered that question. I want to be the best Mom that I can be.

Amongst all the uncertainty of my profession, one thing that has remained constant is my interest in Early Childhood Education and my love of working with children. I think that it's important for Early Childhood Educators to work together and "ping pong" ideas off one another. Because how we treat our children and educate our children is the most important thing in the world!

P.S. I'm also a huge football fan. Go New England Patriots!
